Applause Speaking at NRF 2019: Retail’s Big Show

Next week will be a busy one for corporate conference goers. The National Retail Federation kicks off its NRF Big Show at the Javits Center in New York on Sunday, January 13. On the Tuesday NRF ends, the two-day Alexa World Fair begins in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

You can find Applause at both events next week. Not only will we have a booth at the conferences, we also have a featured speaker at each event.

Kristin Simonini, Applause’s VP of Product, will be revealing the five secrets for omnichannel and retail success during her NRF presentation on Sunday at 11:45am on Stage 3 of the Expo Hall.

In her presentation, Kristin will leverage Applause primary research – gathered using our community of testers – to show how retailers performed during the 2018 holiday shopping season. From website functionality to omnichannel journeys, she’ll describe where retailers can improve their experiences, concluding with the top five lessons that all retailers need to succeed.

You can also find Kristin and the rest of the Applause team in booth #4260 throughout the event.
