A Message From Chris Malone, Applause’s New CEO

Last week, Applause announced my appointment to Chief Executive Officer. I’m honored to assume this role, as our company’s founder and former CEO Doron Reuveni becomes Executive Chairman of Applause’s Board of Directors.

This transition comes during a period of significant growth for our company, which I am excited to build on.

Over the past 18 months, we have helped global enterprises like you, across all industries, maintain business continuity during the pandemic. You turned to our community-based model of digital quality as traditional methods were impacted, and as your end users became reliant on digital experiences to accomplish everyday tasks.

You adapted to changing market dynamics by focusing on digital initiatives – like telehealth platforms, mobile banking, contactless shopping and payment methods, and media streaming experiences. As we worked with you to help bring your digital experiences to market successfully, we have seen our partnerships strengthen and have focused on continuous innovation in order to add value throughout your digital quality processes. We have seen this trend reflected in our customer satisfaction scores, which have risen to new highs over the last five quarters.

With the imperative for digital experiences continuing to grow, Applause remains uniquely positioned as the market leader to ensure that the digital assets you release are delivered at the speed, scale and quality you need. We will continue to partner with you – as we always have – to ensure you can deliver exceptional digital experiences to your end users.

Throughout this leadership transition, our focus remains on driving meaningful and impactful results for you. I want to build on the strong relationships we’ve established, continuing to contribute to and celebrate your successes. As always, we are here to support you.

I want to thank Doron for his leadership and countless contributions to Applause, and am excited to continue partnering with him in his new role as Executive Chairman of our board. I am humbled by this opportunity and energized by the prospects ahead, and look forward to capitalizing on them with you.
