In his role at Applause, Greg enables leading companies to accelerate software development and deliver flawless end-to-end digital consumer experiences, with his team primarily focused on the media & entertainment and fintech industries. He has over 20 years of consultative sales, solution consulting, customer success, and big-5 consulting experience.

Prior to Applause, Greg was Senior Director of Solution Consulting for Asia Pacific, Japan, as well as North America at ServiceSource, a global outsourced go-to-market services provider that accelerates B2B digital sales and customer success transformation. In that role, Greg helped clients analyze strategy, sales, and operational performance for recurring revenue and made recommendations for improvement.

Greg holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BS in Business Management from North Carolina State University.

In his free time, Greg enjoys surfing and other outdoor sports and activities with family and friends at home in San Diego.
