Greg Burnett

Vice President and General Manager, Sales and Customer Success, Strategic Accounts

Greg is the Vice President & General Manager of Strategic Accounts at Applause. In his role as VP and GM, he serves as the executive sponsor and champion to help customers achieve their goals through partnership with Applause, with a special focus on the media and entertainment and fintech industries.

Greg joined Applause in September of 2017. He previously worked at ServiceSource as a Senior Director of Solution Consulting, where he helped customers to analyze their strategy, sales, and operational performance for recurring revenue. He also made recommendations to improve retention, upsell and cross-sell, as well as overall customer satisfaction.

Greg earned his MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and his BS in Business Administration from North Carolina State University. Outside of Applause, Greg is an avid outdoor enthusiast. He loves to surf, hike, and camp with friends and family.
