Jennifer Waltner

Director, Global Content Marketing

Jenn is the Director, Global Content Marketing for Applause. She leads a team responsible for a variety of content including blog posts, case studies, ebooks, webinars, white papers, and more.

Before joining Applause in late 2020, Jenn spent 10 years in content marketing and demand generation roles for global software companies Aspen Technology and Skillsoft, multi-channel marketing services firm Harte Hanks and marketing training provider MarketingProfs. She started her marketing career at Rivier College (now University) planning fundraising campaigns.

Jenn holds a bachelor’s in English and communications from Notre Dame College and a master’s in writing and literature from Rivier. She enjoys reading, cooking, knitting and genealogy. She lives in Nashua, NH with her husband and two black cats.
