Tayla Holman is a Boston-based writer and editor with more than 10 years of experience supporting both B2B and B2C communication efforts. With a background in journalism and health communication, she specializes in content strategy and development, with a focus on translating complex topics into clear and accessible content for general audiences and executive stakeholders.

Over the course of her career, Tayla has written and edited for healthcare systems, life sciences organizations and digital publications, as well as local and community-focused outlets. Her work has supported a wide range of content needs, from long-form editorial and educational resources to marketing and communications materials. In past roles, Tayla has led teams of staff and freelance writers, developed editorial style guidance to standardize voice and quality and copy edited across channels including TV advertising scripts, email campaigns and print collateral.

Tayla brings a thoughtful, detail-driven approach to her work, balancing editorial rigor with practical communication goals. She is especially experienced in helping organizations present nuanced or technical information in a way that is both accurate and approachable.

Tayla holds an M.S. in health communication from Boston University and a B.A. in print journalism and English from Hofstra University. While at Hofstra, she co-founded and served as managing editor of the student-run hyperlocal news site Long Island Report and served as president of the Hofstra Association of Black Journalists (HABJ).
