Kristen is a writer, project manager and team leader with nearly two decades of experience in marketing and communications for technology brands. As a corporate communications manager with Applause, she is building out the company’s brand messaging platform and providing tools to communicate the value of its fully managed testing solutions to key audiences. She also manages Applause’s social media presence, supports PR efforts and contributes website copy, blog posts, presentations and other digital assets.
Prior to Applause, Kristen was a creative services team leader for Xperi and its family of brands, including DTS, HD Radio, IMAX Enhanced and TiVo. She focused on corporate branding, editorial and project management, and partnered cross-functionally to support marketing and sales efforts across vertical markets like automotive, consumer electronics, entertainment and telco. In previous roles, she was integral to planning and executing events, marketing campaigns, internal communications, sales training, product launches and more.
Kristen began her career with a boutique public relations agency after earning her bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Dayton in Dayton, Ohio.
Following several years of living and working in New York City, she returned to her hometown of Providence, Rhode Island, where she enjoys listening to music, running and spending time with her family and friends around the firepit, at the brewery and on the water.
