Johannes Manz leads the European Customer Success team at Applause, where he focuses on delivering real value and driving growth for Enterprise and SMB customers. Since joining the company in January 2022, Johannes has held several key positions, most recently directing Solution Delivery Teams across Central Europe. He acts as a strategic partner to global brands, helping them navigate complex digital landscapes to reach their quality and growth objectives.

With deep expertise in the automotive, telco, retail, and media sectors, Johannes specializes in QA and technology consulting and cross-functional leadership. Achievements in his tenure include managing the implementation of a comprehensive end-to-end automation strategy for a major EU streaming provider, ensuring a seamless platform launch for over 6 million users.

Johannes’ current focus lies on building long-term customer success, working closely with clients to align their product strategies with evolving digital quality standards. By prioritizing sustainable value and strategic roadmap planning, he helps brands build resilient digital and AI-native experiences. He holds a degree in Media Management from the University of Siegen and is a certified Agile professional. Based in Berlin, he spends his free time trail running to the nearest lake or browsing local record stores.
