Global Content Marketing Manager
Jenn is the Global Content Marketing Manager for Applause. She leads a team responsible for a variety of content including blog posts, case studies, ebooks, webinars, white papers, and more.
Before joining Applause in late 2020, Jenn spent 10 years in content marketing and demand generation roles for global software companies Aspen Technology and Skillsoft, multi-channel marketing services firm Harte Hanks and marketing training provider MarketingProfs. She started her marketing career at Rivier College (now University) planning fundraising campaigns.
Jenn holds a bachelor’s in English and communications from Notre Dame College and a master’s in writing and literature from Rivier. She is the sole proprietor of a specialty retail business. When Jenn’s not working, fulfilling e-commerce orders or bringing fresh inventory to her shop microsites in Salem and Lowell, Massachusetts, she enjoys reading, cooking, and learning to play guitar.
