Daniela Silber is a Technical Project Manager for Applause, specializing in AI and machine learning projects. Passionate about driving efficiency and collaboration, Daniela brings her extensive experience in Agile processes, red teaming and large-scale testing initiatives to deliver impactful results for her clients. Since joining Applause in July 2024, Daniela has led diverse projects from planning through client handoff, managing cross-functional teams and coordinating over 50 testers to produce high-quality outcomes. She enjoys working with her teammates and collaborating to achieve success.
Previously, she worked as a Quality Assurance Chief of Staff at Charter Communications, where she coordinated multiple testing teams, implemented Agile practices that boosted operational efficiency and led initiatives that transformed individualized efforts into team-based approaches.
Daniela’s early career includes roles in quality assurance, finance, IT support and consulting, where she honed her expertise in regression testing, backlog management and Agile coaching. She also has experience conducting centralized red teaming exercises and providing strategic recommendations to clients to enhance their product quality.
Daniela holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Management Information Systems from Butler University. She is dedicated to fostering a collaborative work environment and optimizing processes to ensure the highest standards of quality in software delivery.
Daniela resides in Denver, taking full advantage of the mountains. She loves to ski with her friends and family, and explore her creative side, whether through painting, cooking or pottery classes.
