Andrew Mata-Leclerc is a Senior Enterprise Solutions Consultant at Applause, where he works closely with clients to help them navigate complex IT challenges and ensure successful project outcomes. Andrew has expertise in pre-sales engineering, technical consulting and business intelligence, assisting enterprises in leveraging technology to reach their fullest potential.
Prior to joining Applause in June 2024, Andrew worked in various roles at Showpad, SightCall and Tricentis focused on enterprise solutions and sales engineering. He provided technical expertise across multiple sectors, helping clients understand and implement integrated software solutions. He worked with major platforms like Salesforce, SAP and ServiceNow as well as supporting the adoption of AI capabilities for both front-end users and administrators. Andrew also worked on large-scale system integrations, managed cross-functional teams and delivered technical demonstrations for executives and stakeholders.
Andrew has a background in business management and technology, which he pairs with a passion for fostering effective collaboration and delivering client-centered solutions. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Georgia. In his spare time, he is an avid birder and wildlife photographer. He is based in the Greater Atlanta area.
