As a solutions consultant for Applause, Adrian works hand-in-hand with clients around the world to understand their strategic business objectives and requirements, and align them to the appropriate Applause digital quality and feedback solutions. Adrian is passionate about helping customers ensure high quality for their websites, mobile apps, IoT products and digital experiences via Applause's fully managed crowdtesting services.

Adrian joined Applause in February of 2022. Before Applause, Adrian worked for ACTi Corporation as a technical services manager, where he oversaw a team that provided consulting and technical expertise for video surveillance products and solutions. He previously worked as a full-stack web developer at a startup in Taiwan and as a network quality engineer at TIGO in Honduras.

Adrian has dual bachelor’s degrees in telecommunications and electronics systems, and he also holds a master’s degree in information systems from the National Tsing Hua University in Taiwan. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, outdoor activities, flying drones, watching movies and playing guitar. He has been living with his wife in Orange County, Calif. since 2016, where they enjoy sunny weather and beautiful beaches year round.
