Applause Named a Top Place to Work by The Boston Globe

The Boston Globe released its annual list of the top places to work in Massachusetts and Applause is a winning brand. The list can be found both online now and in print stands starting Sunday.

We take our culture seriously at Applause. Our environment is built on a foundation of five PRIDE principles.

  • Passionate and focused
  • Respectful communication
  • In it together
  • Deliver Applause
  • Embrace change

Every team member at Applause represents these traits, and it’s one of the many reasons Applause is a great place to work. Another reason is we like to have fun all year round, from our Kentucky Derby party to this year’s 10 year anniversary celebration to sponsoring an engineering Oktoberfest. We also have an annual tradition around Halloween where employees’ kids come into the office to trick-or-treat and see all of Applause decorated and in costume.
