Christopher Sowa joined Applause as VP of Customer Engagement and Value Creation in October of 2015. Throughout a 20+ year career, Christopher has led the development of customer strategies, marketing strategies, big data strategies, analytics strategies, and operational models used successfully by multi-national companies in Europe, Asia, Australia, and the United States. He previously served as VP for Oracle and has held leadership positions at SAP and IBM.

Chris also founded and served as CEO for his own company which provided information consolidation and business analysis for U.S. companies doing business in Asia. He holds an MBA from Nyenrode University and a B.S. in Business Administration from Northeastern University.
