A 16-year QA professional, Chris is responsible for scaling Applause’s delivery programs and processes across teams and regions to ensure global customer success. Prior to Applause, Chris was the Global Director of QA at British Telecom where he managed a large team of QA resources from around the world in testing enterprise and consumer facing web, desktop and mobile applications. Prior to BT, Chris was an application engineer at Empirix a leading provider of integrated automated, monitoring and performance test management solutions for web applications. Chris received a degree in Business from Dalhousie University and a Computer Science diploma from the Information Technology Institute.
