You can use any of the search boxes located throughout the Applause website to search for an app. You can also click Find An App at the top of any page. For direct access to Applause you can go to http://my.applause.com. You can always bookmark the site to return later.
When entering a search term, Applause will search app titles and publishers for your term. If you know the exact name of your app, you should use that to search.

Applause currently crawls the Apple App Store for iOS apps, the Google Play Store for Android apps, and the Windows Phone Store for Windows Phone Apps. Combined, Applause crawls the reviews of over 1.2 million apps. Don’t worry if your app store of choice isn’t crawled yet, the team is hard at work adding new features and new stores. Stay tuned!
Applause constantly crawls the app stores to provide up to date analytics. If an app does not have sufficient data to calculate an Applause Score, it will be hidden by default. To see hidden apps, you can check the “Show more apps with no Applause score box.” If you still cannot locate your app, please contact us.
Simply put, an Applause Score is a 0-100 number rating the overall quality and user satisfaction of an app based on its reviews. You can learn more on our Scoring and Attributes page.
Applause analyzes user reviews to calculate your score. If there are not enough quality user reviews to trigger a signal for an Attribute, your app may not receive a score. Yes. Applause is built on fairness and transparency. That means everyone gets to play on the same level. You can view information about your apps and your competitors. No proprietary information is ever shared. By using Applause, you’re viewing our analysis on publically available data.

Note for IE users: We are aware of an issue that prevents a small number of Internet Explorer users from accessing Applause. Explorer users who rely on DNS servers powered by Windows 2008 may have difficulty accessing the Applause platform. If you experience this issue, we encourage you to try another browser. We hope to have the underlying issue corrected quickly.
